Avocado Yogi Kringle by Sara La Fountain

Ingredients
1 Keski Cranberry & Seed Toast Bagel
1 avocado
Juice of 1/2 lime
1-4 tsp chopped garlic
1-2 tbsp Creamy Oat Fraiche
Salt
Black pepper
Curly kale
Olive oil
Cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 red chili, thinly sliced rings
Finely sliced cucumber
Sprouts
Pea shoots
Black pepper

Preparation
Place 2 Cranberry & Seed Toast Bagel halves in the toaster. Next, prepare the avocado filling. In a bowl, mix together the soft avocado flesh, Creamy Oat Fraiche, lime juice, garlic, salt and black pepper, until it reaches a smooth consistency. Next, assemble the portion. Spread the avocado paste on one half of the Toast Bagel. Next, add curly kale, sliced cherry tomatoes, chili rings and cucumber slices. Finally, sprinkle with sprouts and pea shoots. Season with olive oil, salt and black pepper. Place the second half of the Toast Bagel on top, and enjoy!
