Training Snack Toast Bagel by Sara La Fountain 

The new delicious Toast Bagels are suitable for many things, so give this recipe a try on your next training day!

Ingredients
Keski Oat & Apricot Toast Bagels

Protein paste:
1 1/2 dl yoghurt 
2 tbsp vanilla-flavoured whey protein powder
1/2-1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
1-2 tbsp almond butter

Other fillings:
1 banana, sliced
1/2-1 tbsp raspberry jam
2-4 dried dates, sliced
1/2-1 tbsp chia seeds
1 kiwi, sliced
Strawberries, sliced
Raspberries 
Mint leaves

Preparation
Toast the Oat & Apricot Toast Bagel until it is golden brown. Next, prepare the filling. In a bowl, mix together yoghurt, vanilla-flavoured whey protein powder and honey or agave syrup to sweeten things up. Mix until it forms a smooth paste. Next, assemble the Toast Bagel. On one half, spread the almond butter, protein paste, banana slices, raspberry jam, dried date slices and chia seeds. And on the other half, almond butter, protein paste and kiwi, as well as strawberry slices, raspberries and mint leaves.
