Midsummer Night’s Dream

Now, let’s do some magic!

Ingredients
Keski Classic Kringles
Whipping cream
Icing sugar
Beetroot juice
Meringue
Edible flowers

Preparation
Whip 2 dl of whipping cream and add 3 tsp of icing sugar. Add a tablespoon of beetroot juice to give it a beautiful pink colour. Cut the Kringle in half and squeeze little pink foam crown on the base half. Next, crumble meringue on top and decorate the creation with icing sugar and edible flowers. Quiet down into the summer night, and enjoy.
