Pressed Kringle aka Toast Bagel Panini

”Ciao bella,” exclaimed our test kitchen’s chef, who arrived at his workplace today via Milan. And in no time at all, the sizzle and delicious aroma of melting cheese took over the entire neighbourhood. There was no other choice but to organise a panini serving for the entire block!

Ingredients
Keski Toast Bagels
Pizza sauce
Tomato
Green bell pepper
Red and yellow onion
Edam cheese
Oregano

Preparation
First off, the Toast Bagel halves are given a slather of pizza sauce, then, tomato slices, green bell pepper, red and yellow onion rings, a generous sprinkle of Edam cheese and a pinch of oregano. After this, it is time for pressing in the grill – and, last but not least, time to ENJOY!
