Liquorice & Chocolate Kringles

Liquorice-flavoured Kringles are great as they are or with lovely fillings. This Chocolate & Liquorice filling is downright LO-O-OVELY!

Ingredients
7 servings
7 Keski Classic Kringles (1 bag)
2 ½ dl whipping cream
100 g dark chocolate
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2-3 tsp liquorice powderTopping
Pieces of liquorice
Liquorice powder

Preparation
Cut the Kringles in half. Whip the whipping cream. Cut up the dark chocolate on a place and melt in a microwave for 30 seconds at a time by mixing every now and then until the chocolate has melted. Fold the melted chocolate carefully in with the whipped cream. Flavour the mixture with vanilla sugar and liquorice powder. Check the taste. Squeeze or spoon the filling on the bottom halves of the Kringles, and sprinkle liquorice pieces and liquorice powder on top. Place the other Kringle halves on top. Serve!
