Chicken Lunch Toast Bagel by Sara La Fountain

Today, we are preparing a near-enough sinfully delicious lunch, which is assembled on a tasty Keski Oat & Apricot Toast Bagel!

Ingredients
1 Keski Oat & Apricot Toast Bagel
1-2 chicken fillets
1 avocado, sliced
1 tbsp mayonnaise
Lettuce
Parma ham
Tomatoes, sliced
Bacon, fried and crispy
Sprouts
Pea shoots
Herbs
Salt
Black pepper

Preparation
Place the Oat & Apricot Toast Bagel halves in the toaster. Next, fry the chicken fillets on a pan with a drizzle of oil, on both sides until they have a golden colour and are cooked on the inside. Then, assemble your tasty lunch. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the Toast Bagel. Add lettuce, avocado slices and finally, place the chicken fillets on top. Add some tomato slices, Parma ham, crispy bacon, herbs and sprouts. Then, just place the top half on top – and enjoy!
