Autumn Kringle

We visited the North one autumn to find inspiration. Here is one of our souvenirs!

Ingredients
Keski Classic Kringles
Cloudberry jam
Mini mozzarella balls
Pine nuts
Icing sugar

Preparation
Cut the Kringle in half and toast it. Spread cloudberry jam on both halves. Next is a surprise – the little mozzarella balls! Top each of them with a little jam. Add some texture and crunch with some roasted pine nuts, and decorate with a sprinkle of icing sugar just like the first snow! Oh my, even I’m moved by this.
